8 soft dates, pitted
500 ml cold milk (or almond milk)
2 tbsp almond butter (or 60 g toasted almonds)
1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt

Instructions

1.Blend dates with milk until completely smooth (no grit).
2.Add almond butter/almonds, cinnamon, and salt; blend again until creamy.
3.Serve cold (blend with ice if you want it thicker).
