120 g sesame, toasted + ground
140 g powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp anise, pinch salt
180–220 g melted butter (add gradually)

Instructions

1.Combine toasted flour, almonds, sesame, sugar, spices, and salt.
2.Pour butter slowly, mixing until it resembles damp sand that packs firmly when pressed.
3.Press into a dish, score portions, and chill 20 minutes for clean slices.
